A free mod for Mass Effect 3, by Shiroho.

This Black Ops - Retexture for James Vega's Default Armor is a mod for Mass Effect 3's James Vega. It is built particularly for - but not limited to - his default armor. Unsightly elements such as the original's blue stripes, central white stripes, and chest logos are removed in favor of darker, less preppy treatments. The textures are now significantly darker as well as sleek - the concoction of black, grey, and metal transforming what was once tacky into something robust and sophisticated. A small n7 logo is added to replace the original's chest logos. The stripes that once embellished the arms are redone, its new tones inspired by Shepard's default armor. Paint details are polished, and rust density is greatly reduced so as to match James' propensity for mindfulness (yes he is reckless, but he takes good care of his belongings). A new pattern that compliments the stripes is added to the combat gloves, too.

In terms of even more color, the yellows have been corrected so that the sickly-greenish-lemon hues are now warmer, cerberus yellows that are easy on the eyes.

Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
